UPDATE FROM OUR CHAIRMAN on May 26 , 2020:

Dear members of St. Paul Lutheran congregation:

As chairman of the congregation, I’d like to update you on our church’s latest response to the COVID19 virus situation.

The church building will continue to remain closed during the week. We will maintain normal office hours with our staff who can be reached by phone or email. For spiritual guidance, counseling, or in the event of an emergency, face-to-face meetings will be arranged.

Materials such as portals of prayer, children’s bulletins, and other materials can be picked up by calling ahead, and the staff will place them outside. We will have the staff phone number posted on the outside of the church doors. We ask all people with keys to refrain from entering the building at this time.

In regard to church services, your church leadership is working on a plan to resume Sunday morning services as described in Pastor’s message this month (in the Lamplighter). Details as to how we can do this safely are still being worked out. Watch for more information to come. As mentioned in Pastor’s letter, we will continue to offer different modes of worship such as online, FM radio, and Facebook, especially for those at high-risk. We highly suggest that these people, as well as those who are experiencing any possible symptoms of the virus, to take advantage of these alternate options.

Please continue to pray for our church and all churches in these difficult times. God bless you!

               Chairman, Fred Holasek
